You bring up some very valid points Ryan as these things, as you termed them, internal and external can take a way from quality treatment as well as rapport building with you and your patients. What are your thoughts about some of the non verbals that patients and/or you may convey during treatment sessions? Facial expressions, tone of voice and choice of words-how do they impact your interactions with your patients? Remember we convey just as much non verbally as we do verbally!
